Help & next steps
A useful answer.
A clear next step.
How do I use the admissions enquiry check?
Answer ten questions about your current admissions journey. You receive suggested priorities immediately, without entering an email. Answers remain on the page. Print the checklist or choose to discuss the priorities with Alan.
Try the free admissions check →What happens when I send an enquiry?
The website sends your enquiry to the Abneos email service and displays a reference after acceptance. Alan responds to discuss your school and a suitable next step. This does not book an appointment or start a paid service. If confirmation cannot be established, the form tells you to retry or contact Alan by email.
How do I arrange a conversation?
Use the enquiry form or email Alan. A suitable time is agreed by correspondence. The school example has a simulated appointment planner; it does not book real conversations with Abneos.
Is the initial conversation free?
Yes. A detailed Parent Journey Review is separately scoped and paid: £295 for eligible founding schools or £495 standard. Implementation and ongoing services have their own published allowances.
Compare prices, scope and founding-school terms →Do we need a new website or a new admissions system?
Not necessarily. The starting point is your existing website and process. Supported improvements and connections are checked for technical fit before acceptance. Sensitive admissions decisions and pupil records stay in approved school systems.
Can someone help with a specific question?
The help panel answers common service questions from the published information. For a personal response, contact alan@abneos.com or use the enquiry form.
