Begin with a defined review

The Parent Journey Review covers up to ten public pages and three admissions journeys, prioritised findings and one review call. The founding-school price is £295; standard price £495. It does not include implementation or covert enquiries. We agree the delivery date before booking.

Agree the work before it starts

Your written scope identifies deliverables, acceptance checks, fees, software costs, access, dependencies and dates. A named school decision-maker approves facts and consolidated feedback. Setup payments are 50% at booking and 50% at agreed delivery acceptance.

Own the assets that belong to your school

For a client-owned Digital Home, the school should control its domain and service accounts, with named access granted to Abneos. The agreement specifies ownership and licences for website code, approved content, media and third-party components. We document any hosting or subscription arrangement separately.

Keep access proportionate

Use individual accounts and the minimum permissions needed. Share access through the provider’s invitation tools rather than sending passwords in an enquiry. Admissions decisions, sensitive records and pupil information stay with authorised school staff and approved systems.

Test the journey together

Acceptance checks cover agreed pages, mobile enquiry routes, delivery to the right team, acknowledgements, booking states and reporting definitions. A requested visit must not be shown as confirmed until the school has actually confirmed it.

Support and continuity

Ongoing support follows the allowances on the pricing page and the signed scope. We agree backup responsibility, recovery steps, change requests and how assets and access are handed over if the service ends. Support is during UK working days; emergency cover is not included.

Measure useful progress

Agree the starting position before a pilot. Review substantive replies, visit confirmations, attendance and application progress where those measures are in scope. Outcomes depend on school capacity, demand and family choices; no enrolment or ranking result is guaranteed.
