School enquiries

We use the name, work email, organisation, website and optional message you provide to respond to your request and discuss appropriate services. This does not subscribe you to marketing. Do not provide pupil records, medical information, passwords or other sensitive data.

Service providers and records

The website is delivered through Cloudflare. Transactional enquiry email uses Resend and the Abneos business mailbox. These providers process connection or message information to provide the service. The Cloudflare website keeps hashed security counters, a request fingerprint and a delivery reference with expiry markers of one to seven days for abuse protection and duplicate prevention; expired records are removed on subsequent enquiries, so inactive records can remain until that cleanup; form message text is not stored in that security database. Enquiries are securely forwarded to the existing Abneos4Schools delivery queue, which stores business enquiry details and manages acknowledgements and operator notifications. This queue is hosted through the existing Sites service on Cloudflare. It does not subscribe you to marketing. Email correspondence remains in the business mailbox and applicable provider records; contact Alan to discuss access or deletion. Removing a website security record does not erase email copies or provider backups.

Analytics and local information

No advertising pixels or third-party analytics run on this website. Aggregate form activity supports operational checks. The self-guided diagnostic stays on the page. The fictional school example stores synthetic journey information in this browser only; use its Reset demo data button to remove it. It must not be used for genuine school applications.

Prices, service limits and working arrangements are set out on the pricing and working-together pages. A website enquiry does not create a contract or reserve an appointment. If a website feature is difficult to use, email Alan for an alternative route.
